Job Description: Lead Consultant

A lead consultant leads the project team that makes our customer happy. You configure and implement Salesforce solutions that focus on customer experience. You work with our customers and create value for their business by implementing relevant use cases.

We do that by mining the value in existing Salesforce implementations or by custom designing and building new Salesforce solutions.

What does your day look like as a Lead Consultant?

  • You analyse the challenges of our customers and propose a future-proof solution;
  • You drive workshops and facilitate discovery sessions with the customers;
  • You lead the conversion of the outcome of discussions and workshops into user stories;
  • You collaborate with the Architect on defining the best solution to implement;  
  • You lead the implementation team and collaborate with (off-shore) developers;
  • You work with the customer to test and accept the solution, including through demo’s;
  • You guide the customer in the go-live of the solution;
  • You secure knowledge transfer;
  • You participate in the pre-sales cycle of new potential customers.

  • You have minimum 4 years of relevant Salesforce experience;
  • You are fluent in English. Working knowledge of other languages is a plus.
